You will receive by e-mail up to date repo lists from more then 3 finance companies. Depending on your location smaller finance companies may be available. These list give.. size, year, bed, baths, condition, location, and price. Some on land, Some in parks. Once you have the list you can go directly to the home. If you like it..You bid on it. If you don't like it, you move on to the next one until you find what you like. You will continue to receive my help and up dated list until you purchase.
