DOWN PAYMENTS MAY BE LOWER OR HIGHER DEPENDING ON YEAR AND CONDITION OF MOBILE HOME.
Financing can be tuff on used mobile homes. There are a lot of great people out there with bad credit. Bad credit doesn't make bad people....And we know this....
For folks in the VA. BEACH to FREDRICKSBURG VA. area we do offer owner financing.
Example of how it works....
1. You pay for the list of homes in the area. The amount you pay will be subtracted from your deposit.
2. We email you the list of repos within a hour. You begin your search for a mobile home.
If you have 5k or more to put down you can shop for newer model homes. Up to 2008's. Remember.. you will need money to get into the park. Typically a month down and month deposit. Don't worry about getting into the park. We will back you up.
If you have 2k or less you will need to shop for a home that is older and may need repair. Repairs that you will be responsible for.
If you want to move the home to land or another park you will need to have down payment plus moving expenses.
